Single brass bead sight on the solid concave game rib, 2 3/4" chambers, choked modified/full with ejectors. The top rear of he left barrel is marked "RBL - 28 ga. 2 3/4" and "CONNECTICUT SHOTGUN MFG. NEW BRITAIN CT. USA" on the right. The action features fine scroll engraving with a bird dog in tall grass on each side and a quail on the bottom. The bottom is also marked "RBL-28". Blue barrels and double rolled edge trigger guard, casehardened frame, single gold washed trigger with selector, tang mounted safety, opposing double bridge action, flat V main springs and mounted with 2x fancy premium checkered walnut splinter forearm and straight grip stock with a serrated hard rubber buttplate. Complete in a canvas trunk case with leather corner reinforcements, two leather straps, brass key lock and hardware, leather handle, maroon felt lining with leatherette label affixed to the inside of the lid, nickel snap caps and oiler, ear plugs in a case, shooting glasses and a bore brush and mop.
