Produced in London, in the uncommon "dog leg" profile, meant for right handed, left eyed shooters. Single nickel bead sight, with "XXV" in gold on the solid rib, improved cylinder/modified chokes and 2 3/4 chambers with ejectors. Fine scroll and bouquet engraved casehardened action marked "CHURCHILL" in a banner on each side and "THE / REGAL" on the underside, with double triggers and automatic tang safety. The scrollwork is also featured on the forearm hardware, blued break lever and trigger guard. Nicely figured walnut stock, with checkered wrist and forearm, "JMW" inscription plate and a checkered naked butt. LOP 14 1/8". Complete with a takedown case with leather corner protectors and marked "J.M.W." on the lid. Green felt lining with a Churchill label on the inside of the lid. Has a two piece wooden cleaning rod with attachments and a pair of nickel snap caps.

Excellent with 98% of the blue finish on the refinished barrels, showing some thinning at the muzzles and light spotting on the left barrel at the breach end. The frame retains approximately 60% of the original case colors, strongest in the protected areas, with a gray patina overall. The trigger guard has a smooth gray patina. The wood is excellent with some minor dings and scratches. The checkering is crisp. The case is fine with some minor handing marks and moderate wear on the corner protectors. The lining show some minor wear. Mechanically excellent.
