Parker Brothers VH Double Barrel 16 Gauge Shotgun

Dual ivory bead sights on a solid rib marked "PARKER BROTHERS MAKERS MERIDEN, CONN. VULCAN STEEL". Chokes measure improved cylinder/modified, 2 1/2" chambers, with an extractor. Casehardened zigzag line border engraved action marked "PARKER BROS" on each side, with double triggers and tang safety. 1889 patent date on the water table. Checkered forearm and straight grip stock with Parker dog head logo buttplate. LOP 14 1/2".

ConditionProfessionally refurbished (consignor states refurbished by Del Grego). The shotgun retains over 99% of the respective finishes with a few light handling marks. The wood has some very scattered minor handling marks and a moderate chip near the toe with some material loss on the buttplate. The checkering is crisp.
