This shotgun features a single red bead sight on the matte vent rib with 2 3/4" chambers, choked improved cylinder/modified with ejectors. The left rear barrel is marked "MODEL 21- WINCHESTER / -TRADE MARK- - 20 GAUGE 2 3/4", the bottoms of the barrels are Winchester proof steel marked, choke marked with the matching serial number and two Winchester oval proofs on the barrel flat. The right side of the water table is marked with the patent numbers and the left side is marked "MADE IN U.S.A. MODEL 21 / WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / NEW HAVEN, CONN.". All blue finish, single trigger with selector, tang mounted safety with gold "SAFE" and mounted with an extra fancy beavertail forearm and straight grip stock. The sides and the area around the forearm latch assembly are checkered, as are the stock flats, wrist and bare butt. LOP 14 1/4". The shotgun is complete with a plain two- piece cardboard box with a protective wax coating, waxed paper and cardboard sleeves for the barrel/forearm and stock. In the box is the instruction pamphlet, blank hanging tag and end label.
