Description:

Inverted "V" front sight and adjustable rear sight graduated from 25 to 200 meters. The left rear of the barrel is marked "KAL 22 LANG FUR BUCHSEN", the top of the receiver ring is marked with the Mauser banner and rear is marked "KK- WEHRSPORTGEWEHR / MAUSER - WERKE A.-G. OBERNDORF a./N.". There are eagle firing proofs on the barrel and receiver at the breech (left side). Matching serial number on the barrel and bolt handle. One piece round knob pistol grip stock with handguard. Complete with cleaning rod and leather sling.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The rifle retains 95% original blue finish, showing some thinning to a brown patina. There is some pin point pitting (mostly on the barrel). The buttplate has a mixed brown-gray patina. The wood is very fine with numerous minor dings, scratches, and pressure marks. Mechanically excellent.
