Description:

The cap is made of black wool, with silver piping around the crown and band and a black patent leather visor. The cap peak is embroidered with a large silver bullion right-facing National Socialist, eagle and swastika insignia. A silver bullion wreathed cockade, with oak leaves on either side of the wreath is embroidered on the velvet cap band. The cap has a silver bullion chinstrap secured by two silver buttons. The cap interior has a tan satin lining, with leather sweat band. The standard clear celluloid maker's diamond is marked "57/ Uniformmutzen/u Effekten/ A. Lang/ Darmstadt/ Dieburgerstrabe 62/ fruher Alexanderstr. U. Kaserne/ gegr. 1882". There is also a cloth label under sweat band on right side.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with light wear overall. Lining is good with some staining on celluloid maker's diamond. Sweatband has discolored and has some minor stains.
