Marked "ayf/ 42" on the frame, with eagle proofs, smooth trigger, serrated hammer and lever, and checkered grips with a lanyard swivel on the butt.

ConditionExcellent, with 95% of the original black finish, showing minor overall wear. Grips and mechanism are both excellent.

B) Scarce Walther "ac/43" Code "Zink" Frame Flare Pistol

Zinc (spelled "zink" in German) was a popular substitute for brass during the war. Marked "ac/43 Zink" on the left side of the frame, with aluminum barrel, steel trigger and trigger guard, serrated hammer and checkered grips with lanyard swivel.

ConditionExcellent, with 95% of the original anodized barrel finish, showing bright wear along the edges, brown rust patina forming on the properly gray frame. Grips are excellent, sharply checkered. Mechanically excellent.
