Manufacture circa 1969-1979, with standard markings, orange insert ramped blade front and micrometer click rear sights, casehardened target hammer and trigger, and S&W silver medallion grips. The gun is engraved with a board floral scroll pattern, with barrel markings in banners.

Excellent with 99% original nickel finish. The cylinder has light scuffing and a faint cylinder drag line, with some minor handling marks overall. Engraving is crisp and clear. Grips are excellent, with crisp checkering and slight handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
