Ramp front sight on a tapered octagon barrel with an integral quarter rib for a barrel sight left barrel flat marked " CALIBER 8.15 x 46R". No proof date on barrel. "B" and eagle proofs on action. "D.R.G.M." and system reform marked breech block. Appears to be a Aydt modification with and under lever in the forearm that engages the spring loaded action lever. Has a Aydt type of tang sight with full adjustments and a large aperture. Checkered straight grip German style butt stock with a iron butt plate, and sling swivel. Schnabel style forend with checkering.

Excellent with 98% original blue on the barrel, 95% casehardening on the action. Excellent stock finish with a few slight handling marks and a large chip of wood missing at the bottom latch, and sharp checkering. Mechanically fine.
