Manufactured in 1922. Blade front and sporting rear sight and full length magazine. Standard two line address/patent date marking and "25-20 W.C.F." on upper left barrel flat with factory proof on top of barrel and receiver. Three line model, make and trademark information is stamped on upper tang with serial number on bottom of receiver. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with forend cap and crescent buttplate.
Fine. The barrel and magazine retain 60% original blue finish (mostly on the barrel) with the balance a smooth brown patina. The remaining metal surfaces have a mottled brown-gray patina with traces of original blue finish on the receiver. The wood is very good with some minor dings and scratches (more prevalent on the forearm). Mechanically excellent.
