Manufactured in 1938. Equipped with ramp bead blade front and sporting type rear sights on barrel with the two line address/patent markings followed by ".35 REM" at the breech with scroll and punch dot engraved wedge at the top of the breech. The receiver features a scroll and punch dot engraving with a zigzag line border. The sides of the receiver also feature circled stag scenes. The underside of the frame is marked "MODEL 141E" over the serial number. Ribbed and checkered forearm with checkered pistol grip stock, Remington grip cap, and replacement plastic "REMINGTON" marked buttplate.

Excellent as refinished. The rifle retains most of the blue finish with some mild slide wear and some very scattered finished over pitting on the receiver. The revarnished wood has some minor marks (mostly on the comb and near the toe) and most of the varnish remaining. Overall the checkering is crisp.
