Full stock with a modified globe dovetail front sight with a pin head bead. The rear barrel sight seat has elevation adjustable leaf sight. The top barrel flat is marked "W. POPPE IN BERLIN". The scroll engraved action has a hammer safety lever, screw clean out feature and also marks "W. POPPE IN BERLIN." The left side lock plate is engraved. The upper tang has an integral base for a tang sight. A replacement sight is furnished but needs fitting. Double set triggers, horn trigger guard with grip rest. Very fine line checkered wrist straight grip stock with cheekpiece, sling swivel, steel buttplate, patch box with old bullets / patches. The ramrod is a 45 / 11mm caliber and the current barrel is a sleeved 32 / 8mm caliber.

Good with the barrel turning a dark grey with some thinning brown finish. The action has a grey metal finish with some dark spotting and good engraving. The trigger guard is cracked and repaired. The stock has good finish, light handling marks and repaired light cracks.
