Description:

Fixed sights, with the "1915" date on the chamber and the "DWM" monogram on top of the toggle. The full serial number is present on the barrel, extension and frame, with matching partial serial numbers "9895" or "95" on the latch, side plate, sear, safety, trigger, and hold open, with the toggle links, breechblock and firing pin numbered "96". A set of three "crown/ script letter" proofs is present on the right side of the extension next to the Imperial Eagle, which is repeated on the barrel and breechblock, the bore diameter "8,82" is marked on the bottom of the barrel, and the upper safety position and extractor are marked "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" respectively. Small components are straw colored and fire blued, with a wood base on the nickel magazine. With a reloading tool, extra magazine and brown leather flap holster marked "H. Muller & Co/ Offenbach a.M./ 1915" on the rear.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as assembled, with 90% of the blue finish, showing wear along the high edges, areas of brown patina, and mild handling marks. 50% straw colors. Grips are also very fine, with some mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent. Holster is good, with the belt loops detached and cuts through the rear.
