Twin ivory bead sights, with 2 3/4" chambers, choked improved modified/cylinder with auto ejectors. The upper barrel is marked "FOR FRANK PUGLIESE/ TRENTON, N.J." and "MADE IN BELGIUM". Fine English scroll engraving on the receiver, trigger guard and break lever. Three piece forearm with the upper sides attached to the barrels and checkered lower portion. Custom fancy walnut checkered straight grip stock with a checkered bare butt. LOP 13 1/4" with a 1 3/8" drop at the comb and 2 1/4" drop at the heel.

Very good with 80% of the blue finish showing some fading at the muzzle and some light areas spotting to a brown patina. The action retains 80% of its case colors with the lower portions faded to a smooth gray. Wood is excellent, as noted, with a few light handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
