Remington Model 241SA Speedmaster .22 Short Semi-Automatic Rifle with Box

Manufactured in 1951. This example is the rare .22 short only caliber version with standard markings, beaded dovetail front and adjustable rear sights on a barrel marked "22 SHORT ONLY-SMOKELESS -GREASED". Smooth forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered steel Remington buttplate. With box numbered to gun.

ConditionExcellent. The rifle retains nearly 99% original blue finish with some light edge wear. The receiver has limited minor spotting and some minor handling marks and there are a series of small dings on the muzzle. The wood is very fine with a few minor handling marks, along with crazed varnish on the buttstock. The box is very good with minor wear and taped repairs.
