Definitely American, this unique .22 tube fed semi-automatic pistol has elements that resemble other known prototypes of the early 20th Century such as a Knower Keith-Bristol semi-automatic (page 382, "Firearms Identification" Volume II by Mathews). No documentation is available to writer at time of description, but believe that a future researcher (with more free time) will find a patent document.
