Description:

Fine-adjustable blade front and tangent rear sights, "1915" date on the chamber and "DWM" monogram on the toggle link. Three "crown/ letter" proofs are present on the right side of the barrel extension, with Imperial Eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. Visible numbers match. Proper "GESICHERT" and "GELADEN" markings on the upper safety position and extractor respectively. Checkered walnut grips and nickel magazine with matching numbered wood base.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with 70% of the faded original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, bright wear along the edges, a few small areas of pitting and scattered handling marks. Traces of straw colors are present, with mild spotting and a gray patina on the remainder. The side plate is a renumbered, now-matching replacement. Grips are very good, with light pressure dents and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
