Manufactured from 1992 to 1994, this double action only pistol chambered in 9mm was a departure from the traditional service style pistols. The first editions featured and aluminum alloy frame and carbon steel slide and barrel. Slide marked on the left "COLT ALL AMERICAN / -FIRST EDITION-" followed by a Rampant Colt, the left was marked "MODEL 2000 / -9MM-". Equipped with fixed white dot sights and smooth Palo Alto grips with silver and black Colt medallions. Complete with Colt carrying case embellished with a First Edition decal and picture box numbered to gun. Includes an extra magazine and cleaning brush.

Features fixed white dot sights, combat hammer, smooth trigger, and checkered combat style trigger guard. Standard markings, checked synthetic mainspring housing, and fitted with black checkered grips with Colt logo reliefs. Complete with Colt carrying case and picture box numbered to gun. No longer in production.
