Description:

Manufactured from 1912 to 1932. heavy barrel with Stevens Arms & Tool address on the right side and "22.L.R." on the left side. Globe front sight and reproduction long range tang peep sight. Left side of frame slotted for receiver sight mounting. Single barrel band with smooth straight grip stock, sling swivels and serrated hard rubber buttplate. Left side of buttstock is stamped "1915" and "C / C / S".

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The barrel retains 95% original blue finish showing some minor thinning and some loss at the muzzle, with some minor handling marks. The frame and lever retain 70% original case colors. The wood is good with a few hairline cracks in the grip area, a few areas of shallow gouges (deeper on the left side of wrist), along with some minor dings, pressure marks, and scratches. Action does not function (likely broken or missing hammer spring).

Description:

Discontinued in 1958. Globe front sight and receiver peep sight, with the barrel and receiver tapped for scope mounting. Standard markings including factory proof on barrel and receiver. Smooth pistol grip stock with 6 position accessory rail, sling swivels, and checkered steel buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The rifle retains 97% plus blue finish with the trigger guard showing some mild thinning on the trigger guard with some light spotting on the barrel with a patch of minor spotting at the breech. There is some fine pin point pitting on the trigger guard. The stock is excellent with some scattered minor handling marks (more prevalent on the forearm).
