This is a nice example of a factory engraved High Standard pistol done by Mike Gouse. The sides and top of the barrel, frame sides, sides and top of the slide and heel and toe are nicely floral scroll engraved with a punch dot background. The left side of the barrel is marked ".22 LONG RIFLE High Standard logo" in a panel, "SHARPSHOOTER-M" in a panel, the left side of the slide is marked "-HIGH / STANDARD" in a panel, the two line address is marked on the right side of the barrel in a panel and the serial number is on the right side of the frame. Blade front and adjustable target rear sights and fitted with checkered walnut grips. Complete with a zippered canvas carrying case, and letter from engraver Mike Gouse

Excellent. The pistol retains 99% plus original finish with overall scattered light scuffs and scratches. The grips are as new.
