Manufactured in Japan, features a single bead mount (bead absent) front sight on a solid matte rib, chambered 2 3/4 inch, chokes marked improved modified/improved cylinder with extractors. The barrels are blue while the remainder features a coin finish and a gold washed trigger. The breech end of the barrels display two wedges of floral engraving. The receiver, break lever, trigger guard, and forearm latch are floral scroll engraved. The left of the receiver is engraved with a quail and a dog, the right shows two quails, and the bottom is marked "ONE OF 500 / GOLDEN QUAIL" with a gold quail relief on the bottom. Fitted with a well figured checkered walnut forearm and straight grip stock with black recoil pad. Complete with original Winchester "Golden Quail" box numbered to another gun.
