Falling block number 1 action. Features a ramp dovetail blade front sight with a brass bead and a folding leaf rear sight on a quarter length rib machined for Ruger scope rings. Left and right side of receiver is engraved with a floral scroll design. The right side displays a gold inlaid "CENTENNIAL" intersected by an upright 30-06 cartridge bullet surrounded by a ring of laurels. The left is gold inlaid with ".30-06 / 1906-2006" with a gold Ruger emblem centered. The bottom reads "1 of 500" as also gold filled. Fitted on a well figured, checkered walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivel studs and Ruger recoil pad. Complete with box numbered to gun.
