A) U.S. Remington Model 31 Slide Action Training Shotgun

Standard commercial markings with "RLB / [ordnance bomb]" on left receiver side. 2 3/4" chamber, choked marked "IMP CYL". Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with factory grip cap and buttplate. LOP: 14".

ConditionRefinished, with most of the blue finish remaining with some minor slide wear and some minor handling marks. The receiver has some minor pitting. Revarnished wood is very good with most of the varnish remaining and some minor handling marks. Mechanically fine.

B) U.S. Marked Winchester Model 12 Slide Action Takedown Riot Shotgun

Manufactured in 1946. Standard commercial markings with "U.S. [ordnance bomb]" on right receiver side and ordnance bomb on top of barrel. 2 3/4" chamber, choke marked "CYL". Ribbed forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a boxed "G.H.D." cartouche over cross cannons ordnance cartouche and checkered factory buttplate. LOP: 14".

ConditionFine as cleaned and refinished. The shotgun retains half of the dull aforementioned blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with some minor pitting. The wood is very good as refinished with some scattered minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
