Produced between 1901 and 1915. Quad-barrel design, with "UNIQUE/ C.S. SHATUCK ARMS CO./ HATFIELD, MASS." on the left side of the frame. An ejection rod stored in a compartment in the right side of the frame. All nickel finish, except for the blue finished barrel latch. Matching serial number on the frame and barrel group.

Very fine with 75% original nickel finish, showing scattered minor flaking and some wear. The barrel latch retains 80% original bright nitre blue finish with some minor scratches and some light spotting. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
