This cane gun has no maker markings, but is remarkably similar in production characteristics to a Fairbanks marked cane gun we are also offering in this auction. The gun has an underhammer percussion style action and a varnished handle. The iron surfaces are painted yellow with two black painted bands.

Very good, with 70% period, possibly original paint remaining with the balance a smooth dark patina with some minor flaking and pitting. The handle is very good with some minor pressure dents and scratches and a hole drilled through the wood (reason unknown).
