Central Fire / FOR/ Colt's Double and Single Action Army Revolvers. / MANUFACTURED BY THE / DOMINION CARTRIDGE CO., LIMITED, MONTREAL, CANADA, N.A." and the Dominion beaver trademark. The box is full with 50 "D C Co" stamped cartridges (three with single cannelures, the remainder with double cannelures). These cartridges were manufactured after Canada had adopted the Model 1878 for their militia.
