Manufactured in 1948. Standard Colt barrel markings with the left side plate stamped with a rampant colt. Fitted with checkered grips featuring rampant colt imprints at the top. Comes with a Colt hinge box numbered to another gun,"Handling the Handgun" pamphlet, and factory target.

Excellent. The revolver retains 95% original blue finish showing minor thinning on the barrel and grip straps and high edge wear on the cylinder. There is a noticeable cylinder drag line. The grips are excellent with only the slightest handling marks. The box is excellent.
