The left receiver wall is marked "Mod. 98", the rear of the barrel is marked with a Nazi firing proof and upper right side is marked "D352" and "eagle/135". All visible numbers match. Milled barrel bands, floor plate and trigger guard, ramped blade front sight, (hood absent), tangent rear sight graduated to 2,000 meters, slotted cleaning rod and mounted with a pistol grip stock with matching handguard, cupped buttplate. The right rear and wrist of the stock are marked with an "eagle/WaA135" proofmark.
