Brass blade front sight and folding carbine ladder rear sight graduated to "20". All blue finish with casehardened hammer and lever, saddle ring and stud mounted on the left side of the receiver and mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel carbine buttplate.
Very good as partially refinished. The barrel and magazine tube retain 40% original blue finish concentrated mainly in the protected areas, with a smooth mottled brown patina on the balance. The loading gate assembly is an ill fitting replacement with a slight upward bow present in center. The left side of receiver retains 30% original thin blue finish with the balance an artificial smooth brown patina. The remaining parts have a smooth mottled gray patina. The wood has been lightly sanded and reoiled and remains very good with a few shallow minor gouges on the left rear of the forearm. The markings are clear and crisp. The action is fine.
