Hooded blade front sight and tangent rear, with "eagle/173/jhv/43" on the receiver ring. Smooth pistol grip stock, with matching number and "jhv" stamp on the underside and a flat buttplate.

Arsenal refurbished, with 95% of the Arsenal blue finish, showing a small amount of brown patina, light spotting and mild handling marks. The bolt head is electric penciled to match gun, with all other numbers completely matching. The stock has been revarnished with faint markings left. Mechanically excellent.
