Leather and canvas covered sheath. 4) Au Lion brand 1918 trench knife, 6 1/2 inch blade with "U.S. 1918" marked brass grip, metal sheath. 5) U.S. L.F. & C. 1918 trench knife, as 4 with 6 3/4 inch blade, trimmed-down guard.
