Remington barrel dated "12-43", standard Remington receiver markings, and "R" marked bolt handle. Stock is marked "RA", cross cannon ordnance cartouche, and boxed "FJA" cartouche, all on the left side, with small stamps ahead of the magazine, and "P" behind the trigger guard with checkered buttplate. Blue with parkerized barrel and receiver.

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% original factory parkerized finish on the appropriate parts and 97% original blue finish showing some minor thinning. The stock is also fine with a few minor handling marks and several minor gouges. (top of butt, left side of stock, and top comb).
