Description:

31 1/2 inch straight single fuller sword, with etched patriotic and martial designs on each side. Silver finished hilt, with an American Eagle on the languet, a twist design on the stirrup guard, a wire wrapped simulated ivory grip, and an Indian Princess bust pommel. Brass sheath, with oak leaf and dot engraving.

Rating Definition:

Good. The blade shows a bright finish overall, with mild spotting and strong etching. An aged brass patina is showing on the hilt, with some traces of silver and a few grip cracks. The sheath is fair as repaired, with braised split in the midsection and a mixed patina.
