The lock is marked "Whitney" in script and the top rear barrel flat is marked "cork" and stamped "CB-821". Brass mountings with floral engraving on the trigger guard and sides of the butt cap. Mounted with a full walnut stock. With horn tipped hickory ramrod.

Very good as partially refinished. The metal surfaces have a smooth brown patina. The brass has an aged patina. The stock has been revarnished and remains fine with a few minor dings. The hammer is a replacement and the action doesn't function. The engraving remains crisp.
