Manufactured circa 1958. This carbine features a hooded ramp front sight with an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. The rear of the barrel and receiver are marked with the oval Winchester factory proofs. The left rear of the barrel is also marked with trademark, model, and caliber. Fitted on a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate.

Refinished and shortened as the rifle retains 97% of the blue finish with very light edge wear overall and slight oxidization along the saddle ring and buttplate. The wood is very good showing scattered minor pressure dents.
