Manufactured in 1938 with a single brass bead sight, choked cylinder/improved cylinder and 2 3/4 inch chambers with extractor. The left side of the receiver is engraved with a quail in a field and the right side is engraved with a woodcock in a field. Both sides, underside and trigger guard have a light scroll pattern engraving. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm with ebony forend insert and a straight grip stock with serrated hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 13 inches.

Excellent with 95% blue finish with muzzle, chamber and high edge wear on the barrels. 50% original case colors remain mostly in the protected areas. The stock is very good with some scattered light scratches and scattered light dings. The inside of the forearm has "1939" scratched on it.
