The top barrel flat is stamped with the two line Hartford address flanked by dashes as seen on 1849s in the 164,000 to 340,000 serial number range: "ADDRESS SAML COLT/HARTFORD CT." The Hartford address is an uncommon marking on 1849s as the majority have the New York address. The cylinder has the roll-engraved stagecoach holdup scene. Matching numbers on barrel, frame, grip straps, loading lever, cylinder and wedge. The trigger guard is stamped with the letter "B" on the left side. Fitted with a varnished one piece grip.
