This shotgun has a single white bead front sight on the solid rib, choked cylinder/improved cylinder and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. The top of the rib is marked "CHARLES DALY -- SUPERIOR QUALITY". The bottom of the barrels are marked "KRUPP -- LAUFSTAHL" with "crown/S", "crown/W", "crown/U" and nitro proofs. There is floral scroll engraving on the sides and bottom of the receiver with flourishes on the fences, trigger guard and break lever. The water table is marked "MADE IN PRUSSIA", "crown/U" proof and with the serial number. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm with ebony tip and round knob pistol grip stock stamped "MADE IN GERMANY" with a blank silver initial oval and basket weave horn buttplate. Length of pull is 13 1/4 inches.

Professionally refinished (barrels), 99% blue finish remains on the barrels, break lever and trigger guard/lower tang. The receiver retains 85% of the vivid case colors with some wear on the forearm hardware, top tang, fences and bottom of the receiver. The wood is excellent with some scattered minor marks and sharp checkering.
