Manufactured in 1953. Fixed sights, with the Hartford address on the right side of the slide and "COLT" "SUPER .38/AUTOMATIC" on the left next to the Rampant Colt. Flat surfaces have polished blue finish and rounded surfaces have matte blue finish. Standard features with checkered brown hardwood grips. Comes with a Colt original box and manual.

Excellent overall 97% blued finish with scattered scratches and dings. Grips are excellent with some handling marks. Mechanically excellent. Box is good showing rubbing and wear marks with a number "5" written on the lower right side of lid.
