Description:

Manufactured between WWI and WWII, this rifle has an adjustable front sight and a fully adjustable rear peep sight with pinned diopter. The left top flat of the barrel is marked "F.L. -- KLEINKALIBERBÜCHSE Cal 22 Long rifle" and the last 6 1/4 inches of the barrel is grooved for sight/scope mounting. The left side of the falling block is marked "EINGETER/F L Z/MARKE". There is a hand engraved simple line border with some small flourishes of scroll on the sides of the receiver. Double set triggers with adjustment screw. Mounted on a diamond pattern checkered walnut forearm and straight grip stock with raised Tyrolean style cheekpiece, thumbrest, sling swivels and a steel Schuetzen buttplate. With a sight adjustment key.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, 90% original blue finish with some wear on the muzzle, high edges, lever and sides of the falling block. The front sight has a plum patina. The lever has a small patch of moderate pitting with a plum and silver patina. The wood is very good with a long spliced in repair on the right side of the buttstock.
