Manufactured in 1962 with a "type 7" striated hooded front ramp sight and a flip up elevation adjustable rear sight. Both of the receiver bridges are drilled and tapped for scope mounting with the left rear drilled and tapped for sight mounting on the straight tang receiver. Has the "late" safety and a hollow bolt knob. Mounted on a multi-point checkered Monte Carlo stock with sling swivels and a Winchester recoil pad.
