Manufactured in 1939. Single bead front sight on the matte solid rib, 2 3/4 inch chamber and choked full. Standard left rear barrel markings, with the Winchester oval proof off set to the left of the barrel and on top of the receiver at the breech. Mounted with a 14 groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered Winchester hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Excellent with 98% original blue finish remaining showing some wear on the slide bar and magazine tube from normal cycling of the action, and some minor muzzle and high edge wear. There are a few minor dings and scratches on the barrel. The wood is also excellent with a few overall scattered minor dents and handling marks. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
