Manufactured in 1954. Standard Winchester markings including the factory proof stamped on the left side of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The rifle is equipped with hooded ramp and adjustable folding leaf sights with the receiver tapped for scope/sight mounting. Bolt is numbered to gun. Late type safety, straight receiver tang, hinged floorplate, sling swivels and checkered high comb pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 99% original matte blue finish with some minor spotting contained to the buttplate. The stock is also excellent with a few minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp.
