Manufactured in 1938. Single red bead sight on a concave matte rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers and choked WS-1/WS-2 with ejectors. The right barrel is marked "WINCHESTER - 12 GAUGE/2 3/4 CHAM." at the breech and the left barrel is marked with the two line address. The right side of the water table is marked with the Winchester oval proof and the right side "MADE IN U.S.A. MODEL 21/WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO./NEW HAVEN, CONN.", with the U.S. patents on the left side. Single selective trigger with push button selector, tang mounted manual safety with gold "SAFE". Mounted with a checkered splinter forend and feather crotch grain pistol grip stock with a checkered hard rubber Winchester buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches

Fine. The shotgun retains 40% thinning original finish with a smooth gray patina on the balance. The wood is very good with some minor scratches, dings and light handling marks. The buttplate has a small crack from the heel to the top screw. The markings are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent.
