Lightly engraved lock marked "A.W. SPIES". Half octagon rifled barrel with dovetailed blade front sight and extended breech rear sight. Solid under rib with brass and iron ramrod pipe and wooden ramrod. Drum bolster, squared brass trigger guard with slight spur and mounted on a curly maple half stock with a pewter forend.
