Fixed front sight and notch rear sight. Marked "L.GASSER/PATENT/WIEN/OTTAKRING" on the left side of barrel lug over "apple with arrow/S.MARKE" over the serial number. The serial number is also faintly marked on the left side of the frame and on the side of the cylinder. There is some minor engraving on the frame. Fitted with custom checkered walnut grips.

Good. The metal surfaces are generally bright in appearance with some small areas of discoloration, some dings, scratches and some areas of minor pitting. The grips are fair with period applied checkering. Clear markings and mechanically excellent.

Very good as arsenal refurbished with 60% thinning blue finish remaining showing some high edge wear, patches of light surface oxidation and a few small spots of minor pitting. The grips are also very good with some scattered pressure dents and a chip at the top of the right grip. The action is fine. The cartridge pouch is very good.
