There are a couple small flourishes of engraving on the sides of the frame. The left side of the barrel has an apple with an arrow through it over "S. MARKE" with "L. GASSER/PATENT/WIEN" on the left side of the barrel lug. Fixed front and frame notch rear sights and fitted with checkered walnut grips.

Fine, 60% of the dull armory style blue finish remains with muzzle and high edge wear, and some areas cleaned. There is a gray patina on the grip straps and a yellow straw color on the barrel. The hammer and trigger retain 50% of the original niter blue finish. The grips have been revarnished and remain very fine with a few minor dents, dings and crisp checkering.

The top strap is marked "K.K. Sicherheitswache/Revolver" translated from German to "K.K. Security guard". The left side of the frame is marked "S. MARKE" under an apple with an arrow through it and "L. GASSER/PATENT/WIEN". Fitted with checkered walnut grips.

Excellent. The revolver retains 97% of the original nickel finish with half of the niter blue on the various small parts. There are a small areas of flaking and some minor scratches. The grips are also excellent with minor marks and very crisp checkering. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
