Manufactured in 1892. The left side of the receiver is marked with the large "WRACo" monogram and the lower tang is marked with the two line address/patent dates. The top breech end of the barrel is marked "10" and the Winchester "WP" oval proof on the left side. Directly below the monogram and on each side of the stock at the buttplate are period stamped "CASS" (origin and significants unknown). Single brass bead sight and 3 inch chamber. Smooth two slab walnut forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with checkered iron buttplate. The length of pull is 13 inches.
Very good. The metal surfaces have a smooth mottled brown patina. The wood is also very good as reoiled with some scattered minor dents, dings and handling marks. There is a small hole on the underside of the stock where a sling swivel may have been at one time. The markings are clear. The action is fine.
