Good. The carbine has a mixture between a smooth dark brown patina and a mottled gray patina. Some very scattered very mild pitting is present. The wood is also good with a long hairline crack present near the upper tang and on the forearm, a small chip missing from the forearm and some minor pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically fine.
