Manufactured between 1907 and 1915. It has the very desirable "triple lock" mechanism. Fixed sights, 5-screw frame, 6-shot fluted cylinder, casehardened checkered hammer and smooth trigger. The top of the barrel has the two line address with the left side marked with the caliber information. The right side plate has the S&W trademark logo. Matching serial number on the cylinder, butt and barrel shroud with the assembly number "5906" on the inside of the frame and crane. Fitted with diamond checkered pattern grips featuring the S&W medallion at the top.
